2. tdcst20已進行MRI掃描，光碟get，資料待轉待燒。
3. tdcst14約下周6m追蹤。
4. healty group研究資料整理完，已和tdcst group比較完畢，目前尋找及詢問符合年齡範圍的健康成人中。
5.評估的基本概念、必要之中風病人職能治療研究議題待Read。
6.下周確認infarction個案之考慮結果。
7.下周進行healthy people MRI scan。

2014/6/16~2014/6/20

1.tdcst 20本周結束，已完成後評，資料已登錄。
2.tdcst20比較報告已完成。
3.tdcst21本周進行一次。
4.本周一新個案同意加入，已完成初評，資料已登 ，下周開始治療 (tdcst22)。
5.徵才訊息已刊登於六處(另要再製作佈告張貼)。
6. Healthy people  comparison group資料整理中。

Lynn English

最近開始加入Lynn的英文，覺得如何speak in English真是一門學問，能講流利的英文真的需多練習，也需要多認識一些字，我常會覺得Lynn講的字用的真好,really natural。以下是我和Lynn學習後的一些小歸納:

1.若有投影片，可藉由投影片的關鍵字catch到main point，圖片也是加深印象的部分。
2. 口頭描述影片內容可嘗試歸納成有起承轉合，而不只是想到什麼講什麼。
3. 若是不了解某個字，若自己能推敲出意思，可以不用太在乎那個字。
4. 有時候，因為不了解外國文化或因站在不同角度，因此不容易對外國人開的Joke感到好笑。
5.  Speaker的特色各有不同，有的屬於有擬稿式，有條有理；有的是free-style邊講邊想，雖然觀眾也許會因想知道他接下來要講什麼而專心聽，但容易抓不到重點，另外speaker的語速很重要，太慢會容易讓人分心。此外若有sence of humor更能吸引人。


Lynn提出的問題都很不錯，可以啟發一些思考，讓我對影片內容更深入了解，了解需改進之處或是了解怎樣的speaker是能夠引人入勝的。Lynn is a great teacher!^^

infarction potential	(a)one  was contacted and is still hold       because of the physical  condition. (b)one will achieve the criteria of 6m in     July.   (c)two are over 80yrs old and should be discussed and asked.
hemorrhage potential	(a)one will come back to Taiwan next week. (b)one should be called back again to check if he can participate. (c)one has just met the criteria and his data was recorded and will be contacted next week.

5.下周 tdcst14  6m and tdcst20 評估。

2014/6/3~2013/6/6

1. tdcst 20. tdcst21進行中。
2.Screening : 
   (a)exclude one OPD Hemorrhage potential(unwilling)。
   (b)exclude the old 2011 infarction potential(unwilling), one 2013 infarction potential(unwilling),one infarction still hold because of physical condition。
   (c) 5月case screen共26 cases,7 hold because of age and onset time,and will be
       discussed next week,others excluded.
3. tdcst16 3m再評待key。
4. stroke registry人數統計&圖done。
