Tennis Class
1.腳步練習 : 前、後、側併、交叉
2.球感練習: 拋接( 左手/右手/左右)(彈地/不彈)(搭配腳步/不搭)(方向: 斜左/斜右/後)
3.持拍練習: 正手拍彈球/反手拍彈球(一高一低)&對地拍球
(不要動手腕,要感覺拍網之彈力,拍球有點像打籃球之感覺)
4.正手擊球/反手擊球(對人/過網/對牆/徒手)
(正手最後一步左腳出、反手最後一步右腳出)
5.撿球:(1)拍頭斜拍球使其彈起
(2)球貼住右腳後勾帶起
(3)接對方拋球,拍子需與球等速,球自頭上來則拍子垂直拿
6.持拍以食指扣住可穩住,沒有扣的拿法用於底線擊球者,進階者則用美國式持拍
7.休息持拍:拍抱胸前(拇指與四指分開握住中柄)或放側面
* 球點要在身體前方
*網球和其他球如羽球不同之處之一在於沒有同手同腳之步伐)
